“Originally went to Providence for what I thought was still there (urgent care) to find out it closed in August! However a nice security guard informed me there was a clinic on the 3rd floor! I came at 9am on a Wednesday and was out by 9:35am with all the prescriptions I needed. The office was very clean as well and not busy. The front desk staff and doctor were both very welcoming and nice. The front desk answered all my questions about their services they provided and the doctor explained everything and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely go back when and if needed. Thank you again for providing quick and efficient care.“

Dr.Shavonne Gumbs is young and a breath of fresh air in the medical field. As an African American woman, it's very important to have someone that can recognize the issues that we face in the medical world and I'm so happy that I found this clinic and that I am able to receive this wonderful care.“

“I have been a this Kaiser location a few times for various annual appointments over the past month, and I can see that overall I am very please with the care I have received. For general/primary care and high traffic services (like bloodwork or scans) there is a bit of a wait, but the staff are very nice, informative, and have great bedside manner. For specialists, there is typically no wait, and I love how all services are in house.“

“I waited about 1.5 hours to be seen but I was a walk-in. You can get online and schedule your visit even same day I think so it can go quicker. The front desk staff were incredibly nice and things went quickly once I got back to see the doc. She listened to me and was very personable. I had to reach out later for a doc's note and they were very quick with accommodating that request.“

“Amazing and caring group of people. Starting with Dr. Vongkovit the most loving and caring doctor I have ever met, they you have Kay who makes me smile Everytime I see her. Loydian who I have fell in love with, Temesha who bring me back to earth when I am getting my bone marrow biopsies. Jenn, Sadia and Kelsey all a part of my Kaiser family. After 2 years of treatments, I could not ask for a better time to look after me. Fighting cancer is a battle but this group of people are the GREATEST.
