This place is very unprofessional. The receptionist said she would be sure that my call would be returned . I had called several times and had several questions that i needed answered after my taxes had been prepared and my tax preparer Tyler never called . And I never got a call back!!! I’m highly upset!? I will Never have my taxes done here again .

They are very unprofessional. My wife and I have been waiting on a review of our documents for 2 weeks now. We've been promised a phone call and had a Google meet set up with an employee. But at each designated time...no phone call...no update! Terrible!

1 day agoThis is the most unprofessional business I have ever used. As an African American, I try to patronize black-owned businesses, but this tax firm leaves such a bad taste in your mouth. They are a disgrace to all the other professional, black-owned businesses that provide excellent service. Last year, Sherrie did my taxes. She failed to calculate my capital gains taxes, which left me owing over $21,000 in federal taxes. (Initially, I was getting a refund.)
