Tuawana and The Pridgen Funeral Home were referred to me by a very close girlfriend. This friend told me that Tuawana would take good care of me in handling things regarding my uncle’s passing. Immediately after my uncle passed, I called Tuawana (on the evening of a holiday) and she immediately told me everything would be ok and she would take care of me. From the phenomenal customer service received, to the comfort and care that I needed during this difficult time all was above and beyond. I have worked with a few local funeral homes to plan services for loved ones in the past, and none of these businesses provided the level of care and attention that Pridgen provided to my family and me. Tuawana and her staff were phenomenal with the planning of my father's funeral services. They made me feel at ease with a very difficult process, and provided superb communication and thoughtfulness throughout.
