My therapist is excellent with experience and knowledge of her profession. Patient with no hesitation. Always Acknowledgement are you okay. How can I help you to relieve pain with certain exercise for your body. Thank you for what you and staff do for the clients. Very professional.
When I arrived the front desk receptionist greeted me with a smile. She knew who I was and told me my therapist was expecting me. And this was my first visit!! I felt like I was a part of a family.I suffer from chronic back pain (difficult to walk without pain) due to osteoarthritis. They were able to schedule me for a time that fit my schedule. Words can’t describe how much better I felt after my appointment. My therapist sent me home with a customized home exercise program. I highly recommend this office and I will be a regular patient here.
Well this is my second time going to portera therapy, an I am very satisfied with the service an care I've been receiving, the staff are very friendly, an courteous, they've been more help than they know. And they are an were very patient with me since I've been going there. Keep up the good work, thank you to the portera staff an Dr. Denbow.
