My experience was through my home insurance company so no money has ever been exchanged between me and Haynes.Great employees, they take their time and respect your space. Answered all questions and solved the problems they were called out to do. They have been dispatched to my house for multiple issues and solved all.
Had a water service line leak, I call the insurance company and they dispatched hanyes plumbing company. Lamar was the point of contact. The response time was quick and professional. Great company no complaints…
I used this company through HomeServe after another company Phi was not responsive in scheduling service for water main leak. Hanes came to my house the next day after calling said they would call me the next day to schedule a time to fix the leak and they did. The crew came out a few days later after a holiday weekend and they were very professional knowledgeable and did a great job. They returned the next day to fill the holes and seed the ground with straw. And they did this in over 90° Heat. I would use them again for such a repair.Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair
