My granddaughter was having pain in her back before her basketball games. At her tournament we were turned on to DMV Chill Cryo. My son in law purchased a package they offered for stretching, cryo and compression. That was the BEST money spent. She had cryo on her back and stretched before each game and played pain free. I would highly recommend athletes to take advantage of what they have to offer.
