Carlos was amazing! I am new to renting after being a homeowner for many years with a contract to take care of this sort of thing. Carlos let me know exactly what he was going to do and why, and explained things so that one who is not up on the latest HVAC trends could understand. I cannot recommend anyone more highly than Carlos. I am renting now, but may buy a home again when the interest rates become reasonable again.
