Carly came to our house with the mobile groom van and did an amazing job with our 14 year old shepherd! She was so patient and loving with our old girl who has high anxiety issues and Carly was very supportive and tentative with her! I highly recommend her !

I took my VERY phobic Aussie to The Groom Room today. I walked in and I felt a calming affect immediately. The attendants came to him and had him calm in about 3 minutes. I can go on and on about what they did but they were soooooo loving towards him and he felt it. I can't sing high enough praises for The Groom Room! I'm totally in love with them. I will continue returning every 8 weeks! WHY CAN'T I GIVE THEM 100 STARS!!!!?

I like that they use natural products. They took great care of my fur baby. He smelled so nice and clean. (Not doused in a heavily scented fragrance that lasts for days). We were in and out in an hour. We will definitely be returning.
