“I had the pleasure of working with New Image Elite for the past 8 months. Over the years, I have had many contractors stop by my house to sell me on a new roof and to tell me the color was discontinued and how they could do this and that for me with very lost costs without ever really looking at my roof other than from the road. After a major hail storm, I reached out to a friend, who referred me to New Image Elite to get a professional opinion. I told my friend I really wasnt aure if we needed a new roof or not but wanted something I could trust. Matt was that guy. Matt was easy to schedule a consult with and came out with many ladders to look over my house with his coworker Stosh. They did a thorough inspection of my roof and siding and showed me pictures of the damage over the 17 years of being in my house through several storms that had passed through the area. I filed a claim through my insurance and over the next eight months worked with Matt, Stosh, Mike and Peggy at the company. Each one made the entire process with the homeowners, my mortgage company, payments and scheduling a breeze. They explained it all, were present for inspections and patient when delays arose due to the homeowners company. They even went above and beyond to replace my shutters and a few window screens that had fallen apart over time. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to all! Not a single negative thing to say.“
