I was suffering with sciatic pain in my left leg and hip. I spent two months doing therapy and had several steroid injections. Nothing helped. My son suggested Dr Alfano's office in La Plata, MD. I got an appointment and walked out of there with no pain. He told me it would take about 7 weeks to get better. I am back to working out swimming, walking and being able to sleep all night. Thank you Dr. Alfano, his son and the entire staff are delightful.
I have been coming here for about 9 months and it’s been such a great experience. The entire team is so friendly and it’s done wonders for my back. I have 2 bulging discs that had me nearly immobile. I’d tried everything, PT, back support, injections, dry needling, medications.. you name it, I tried it and then I started coming here and I instantly got relief. Highly recommend this practice, both for the outcomes and the friendly staff that make you feel like more than a patient.
I switched to Dr A & Dr C b/c they had more convenient hours than the chiropractor I was using. I have been nothing but pleased with the switch! From the time you enter until you leave you are treated as family! I mostly go now every 4-6 weeks for maintenance, unless I feel I need before then. It is very easy to get an appointment with minimal to no waiting. Give them a try, you won't be sorry!
