Our company has been with Just Tech (formerly Southern Solutions) for two decades. The customer service with Josh and his team cannot be beat. Originally we used their Xerox services but as soon as their managed network solutions became available we immediately switched to Josh's firm. I knew with our experience with Just Tech that this was going to be a smart transition. And we've been extremely happy ever since. I've been a customer of Just Tech for seven years. During that time, their customer service has exceeded my expectations. Just Tech provides our Xerox machines, email, and firewall. I can trust that their professional services will serve my agency and keep my business secure (Creighton Insurance in La Plata). Anytime we have questions, or glitches, they return calls or come by the office to resolve the issue.
