Had an emergency as underground pipes had collapsed. Once this was discovered, EPR came out the next business days and fixed the problem in 2 days digging a trench the length of my house n replacing old pipe. They were efficient, quick, and professional. They are on my call list if another issue arises
EPR came out did an inspection of my plumbing issues on same day of my call. That same evening they submitted a reasonable quote. Mr. White returned the following day with all the plumbing items, completed installation of a new sump-pump and back-up pump. He arrived early and on time as scheduled, and did not tie up my day with that 3-5 hour window. They are my new favorite plumber.
