The hygienist was professional and gentle. She provided me with a few dental health tips to use at home which I appreciated. Dr. Jordan is awesome as always. He takes the time to explain everything in detail so that you can understand the issues and the plan forward…tossing a little fantasy football talk is always refreshing :) I would recommend Dr. Jordan to anyone looking for a class act, diligent, and compassionate dentist. It’s good to be back.

“Pretty flexible appointment times and friendly staff. My only complaint is that you fill out paperwork online, but when you go in they want you to fill out more paperwork. Most of which are questions already answered on the online paperwork. I find that frustrating; however, I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time, the office is very clean, and the location is convenient for me.“

“Was just there for my 6 month visit today. I have been going to this dentist office for at least 10, maybe 11-12 years. They’ve been wonderful the entire time. The front desk person Shannon is always super friendly, helpful and efficient, and knows people by name. And she’s busy! The hygienists are so personable, knowledgeable and are diplomatic if they feel your teeth could use more love than you’re giving them. They are great with answering questions and they even remember personal life details that you’ve shared previously to ask about at each visit. Dr. Lookingbill (Dr. Jon as he’s called) - can’t say enough great things. He always make me feel like my teeth are perfect (I don’t think they are, but who doesn’t love hearing it!), is also great and parient with my questions, and is great at what he does. I hardly ever have to wait to be called back once I arrive, they’ve seen me through several insurance changes, they have hilarious dog and cat videos playing while you get your teeth cleaned, I could go on. I feel like part of the family and I hope I never have to change dentists!“

“Just switched to Dental Design after spending the last two years since moving driving an hour to my old dentist, and I could not be more happy I did!! EVERYBODY and I truly mean every single person I have encountered in the office has been so incredibly friendly and inviting. At my first appointment, the dental assistant helping me took the time to show me around the office and practically introduced me to most people we walked by. They really took the time doing a thorough work up of my teeth and getting me set on a good schedule, addressing any areas of concern immediately. The dentist really took her time talking with me, answering any questions I had. The ladies at the front desk are just AMAZING and add the very welcoming environment that the waiting area is. “Dr Youniss is a really nice Dr, hes super funny and LOVES to joke and he's quite the prankster just to make you smile and feel good that you came to the right place, I've never met a Dr who treats you like you've been his friend forever, his tech Rosemarie is super nice and is just as fun as Dr. YOUNISS, on a serious note Dr Youniss is very thoughtful and can tell if you have a fear of Dentist he does his best to make your fear subside,he's very honest and will do whatever it takes to make sure you leave his office with a beautiful smile, if you have a problem with anything you can generally just call him and he will take you right in, there is a little bit of a wait so set aside a couple of hours for your appointment thats because EVERYONE loves him and he talks and laughs with ALL of his patients, I forgot to mention his Tech Rosemarie ALSO makes you feel comfortable and helps you get through your fear of Dentist, I could not have got through the extensive dental work that Dr Youniss did without Rosemarie being right there and even holds your hand if you need it, she to has a great sense of humor you'll find yourself trying hard not to laugh during your procedure between Dr Youniss and Rosemarie you will have a great dental experience and leave with a beautiful smile,I highly recommend him, I dont think there's anything he doesn't do, he whitens, extractions,he does same day partials, same day full dentures, he even does the screw in permanent tooth replacement thing, im so glad Dr Youniss was recommended to me by my best friend, I cant imagine going anywhere else now, hes very well worth the 1 hr wait sometimes“

“I had a panic attack because one of my front, bottom teeth suddenly broke. I have never had to get any dental work done and the whole situation made me so stressed and nervous. I cannot express enough how amazing the whole team at Dr. Sanzari’s office was to me. I called, anxious and desperate for help. Kelly calmed me down, reassured me, and squeezed me in ASAP. When I got there and went back to see Dr. Sanazari, I was literally crying with fear and anxiety. Dawn and Bonnie repeatedly soothed me, helping me feel comfortable and safe. They told me they’d all take care of me and that this kind of thing happens, that it’s very normal. They listened to me and encouraged me which helped me relax. Then Dr. Sanzari worked her magic!! She examined the tooth, shared her expertise, answered my questions patiently, and explained my options. Her advice and recommendations were conscious of my fears, my time, and my financial situation. We decided to mend the tooth there on the spot, and I was absolutely amazed at the work she did! She was quick, efficient, careful, meticulous, and compassionate. I could not ask for a better experience. She squeezed me in, knowing she was putting herself behind for the rest of the day and she leveled with me kindly and respectfully about the situation. I am so grateful to every single person there.
