Consistent with my previous experiences, my service on 4/19/24 was exemplary.Specifically, Andrew Ramirez , my service advisor, arranged for a comprehensive service on my X3 m40i which is approaching 50,000 miles. Andrew was an ally of mine in that he saw to it that all services covered under my extended warranty were addressed including those I was unaware of.Sam, the technician who performed the services on 4/19/24, has worked on both of my cars on numerous occasions and not only has demonstrated reliable expertise in performing the necessary maintenance but is also an excellent communicator.Consequently, I again highly recommend BMW of Bel Air as I have in the past.
