Was able to book an appointment the day before and then needed to reschedule, which Erin was very understanding about and I was able to get another appointment easily booked for the following day. Appointments are easy and convenient to book online. I needed some serious dead ends chopped and just wanted a simple layered cut. Erin did such a good job with my hair; I was ecstatic afterwards with how it turned out. My hair looks and feels so healthy now. Overall, the whole experience was great! “I have been going to Prisca for over 5 years to do my hair. She’s very pleasant and patient with me. There was a time I went late, I did not get a chance to wash my hair before braiding it; she wants my hair with her Luxury ( peppermint mint) shampoo and conditioner, my hair felt so soft and my scalp was clean. I was the only client in her studio and my braid were comfortable, I was able to put my braids in a ponytail.
