“Matt from JGL came to do an attic and roof inspection after I found wood damage in my attic. I am an out of state landlord that routinely gets ripped off by contractors taking advantage of my situation . Matt showed up right on time and headed to the attic, where he explained what he saw and talked me through his inspection. After getting a $15,000 estimate from another contractor, Matt said my issues didn't warrant a major overhaul. Instead he provided much more practical and affordable alternatives. He even identified a couple of non roofing issues with my chimney and gutter that should be attended to. Bottom line: this company has integrity and will not fleece you with unnecessary repairs. He examined my roof and took pictures so I had a visual for our discussion. He answered all of my questions, provided brochures that showed the step by step roofing process that he would use for the repairs. He also took pictures of the completed work as well, front mansard roof and trim. He and his team hauled away all job related debris and cleaned the area.
