I love this yoga studio. The teachers are really down to earth. Both owners have decades of experience and the classes are great. They are encouraging without pressuring me to do crazy poses and welcome students of all levels.

I recently moved to Silver Spring and have been wanting to join a yoga studio for a while now. I'm so glad I went with NiMaste yoga, as I knew the moment I walked in that this was the studio for me. Their rates are very reasonable and Marisa has been amazing! Another bonus is that it is located next to antique row, a lunch cafe, and the farmer's market! So excited to continue my yoga journey here.
