Jim did a terrific job with an assortment of tasks including installing a new exhaust vent fan and caulking a couple windows and a bathtub. Most importantly, Jim helped resolve an unexpected mold issue discovered in our kitchen ceiling. This problem was much bigger that we anticipated. Fortunately, Jim was able to expertly and professionally remove the mold, replace sections of two copper pipes with pinhole leaks, repair a compromised roof rafter, and patch up the hole in the ceiling with new drywall and paint. We recently hired Jim Adams for a repair to our ceiling that had to be fixed due to water damage. We could not have asked for more from Jim. He was honest (we agree with what the other reviews said - he does not tell you things need to be repaired when they don't), reasonably priced, responsive, prompt and did great work - we can't even tell anything happened.We will definitely be using Jim in the future for everything he can help us with around the house.

i moved into a home built in 1933 earlier this year. I am thrilled to have found Jim and to work with him. I've had a lot of different things that needed to be done and some of which were complicated by an older homes quirks. He's always figured out how to solve the problem in the easiest most effective way possible. He's responsive and prompt and always arrives when promised. He's good to collaborate with and easy to be around. He's in charge of knowing my home inside/out. He provides the full range of handyman services.
