Honestly I was shocked, as it took her seconds to notice things other places never pick up on unless I explicitly tell them. She walked me through a few options and suggested starting with a lash lift since it's more affordable and better for my everyday look. I was so impressed that she wasn't just trying to upsell me! When we did the extensions, Penny was super practiced and clearly knew how to work with my eye shape.
