The owner is communicative and I love that we have the same team every time. They are very thorough.

What also stood out for me was how pet-friendly they are! Many cleaning companies charge extra if you have a pet, and base it on weight. Bluebird Cleaning does not. My dog loves when our team comes each month!

The technician for the first company clicked on the starter several times and then magically came up with a replacement cost of $1800. When I reached out to Professional Chimney and Masonry, the technician came with equipment and completed a full diagnostic test. Using testing equipment, the technician also determined that I needed a new ignition system. However, the replacement cost was 1/3 of what the first company was planning to charge. They were there early and they spent three hours completely cleaning every surface of that apartment. I wasn’t there for the clean, but when I went back to do my final walk-through I saw it and even my property manager said what an unbelievable job they did. She said that she had never seen a unit so clean at a move out inspection. I also had an arrival time of 2 to 5 PM. That was a huge gap and I had a million other things to do that day. I reached out to the email and they stayed in contact with me until the maids arrived. I think it’s took them 10 to 15 minutes to respond to me when I asked if they had a better estimate on when they would be there. I will absolutely be using them again for my new house.“
