Dropped off 2 deep fryers to be repaired. They said the deep fryers were fixed. They were not fixed. They were still not operational. I found this out during a private event. I had to bring them back to get fixed again for the same issues.
They don’t warranty their service work. Customers have to pay for work that wasn’t done correctly the first time.
They replaced a thermostat and didn’t tighten a wire terminal. Along with another deep fryer they “cleaned and serviced” for it only to be sooty and do the same thing. A service tech said they would take out the burners and drill out the holes. That was never done

Delta is always getting my food truck fixed up whenever I have an issue. They always have extremely fast service and the work is always top notch!
