From start to finish, Britnall Deck Works were professional, meticulous, and outstanding. Ben answered a million questions I had about the process, offered several options, and drew up a sketch so I could visualize the final product. Josh and his team were professional, finished the job on time, and did excellent craftsmanship. They took the front of my house from drab and embarrassing to clean and inviting. I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. Prior to finding BDW, I called several contractors for estimates and they would no -show or not follow up. Finding and securing good hard working contractors can be a challenge; this is the company to use!
Britnall installed a deck with a screen room off the back of our house. They had excellent suggestions for size, layout, and materials. The crew was courteous and cleaned up the site each night. The Britnall brothers were professional and did not hesitate to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend working with them and will use them again for future projects!
Brintnall Deck Works was fantastic to work with. I had prior estimates where I had felt like the other companies were only there to sell a product, Josh made me feel like he really cared about his work and what I wanted in an outdoor area. He wasn't a typical 'salesman' like the other contractors I had spoken to. During the building process Josh was great to work with, he was easy to talk to, he communicated well, and built us a beautiful deck. We spend so much time on our new patio, and are so thankful that we found Brintnall Deck Works to build it for us!
