Dal (5452) was efficient, friendly, and explained what he was going to do and then what he accomplished — and showed me what he cleaned. Would recommend this excellent service technician.
Dal was on time and explained the proposed work and all costs before any work started. He worked quickly and efficiently. Job was completed quickly and at the cost originally agreed to. Would highly recommend and will use this service again.
They replaced my hose bib last fall and we were finally using it for the first time this season. When I called it was still under warranty and they were able to send Dal (5452) out within 2 hours of me calling. He did a great job assessing the issue and getting the replacement installed.
