He answered all my questions, took charge of details that I had not thought of, and was incredibly responsive. Now our yard looks incredible! I would not have believed it was possible. A pleasure to work with every step of the way. Chris was quick to get multiple proposals to us, and was able to revise them based on our feedback. Jose ran the site the following week and made a few tweaks to the plan to get us the most bang for our buck and we we're very happy with the results.

We highly recommend First Impressions Hardscapes. Very professional and great communication. We had a dry stack retaining wall installed and we have no complaints. It is absolutely beautiful! They actually started the project earlier than quoted. The crew arrived everyday promptly at 7:15am and some days didn't leave until after 6pm. They even did an extra small job and completed it timely. We will definitely use again and recommend.
