“My dog Rodeo injured/tore his CCL. I called many vet offices in the area, and Jefferson came back with a reasonable estimate quote for surgery. Plus, they were able to accommodate him the fastest for a consult. Another vet office couldn't even fit him in for a consult for over two months.

He wasn't a good candidate for surgery due to age and Kidney disease, but I get a monthly pain shot for him. The vet we saw was very helpful and informative. My boy is now able to climb steps on his own and has been managing much better.“

“Amanda is so great with my shih tzu Jammie. Jams has a bit of a separation anxiety, and Amanda always quickly calms her down with lots of cuddles and treats. She is the best groomer we have ever had. She is so gentle with Jammie and makes her look beautiful. I love that Jammie doesn't get stressed with other dogs around. “We have been taking our dog to VIP for ~8 years and we wouldn’t trust her care to anyone else. We were initially referred to VIP by our dog’s veterinary behavioralist after trying multiple Arlington based dog daycare and boarding facilities didn’t work out. Those facilities didn’t have the space or the ability to specialize in our dog’s care. VIP, on the other hand, has taken flawless care of her, her many medications and peculiarities, and they constantly show us how much they love her and understand her behaviors and preferences. What really stands apart is their duty of care. During a recent stay, our dog needed an emergency vet visit and they managed it all. They contacted all of our emergency contacts when they couldn’t reach us, took her to a vet the owner takes her own pets to, and let us speak directly with the vet to understand what was going on. That’s stellar care. Our dog is fine, healthy, and happy but if we couldn’t be with her ourselves in a moment like that where her health was in question, I’m so glad she was with them. We have and would gladly refer friends and family to them. VIP and especially Shay and Suzanne are THE BEST. When we drop our dog off with them we know she is happy and safe.“

“I was hesitant to come here a few years ago because of mixed reviews, but we are 3 years in and have only had positive experiences. Dan is my dog's current groomer and she loves him. He does a great job. The staff behind the front desk are very friendly. Prices have gone up a bit in the last few years, but I will continue to go here because of how comfortable my dog seems to be and each visit goes well! I also want to note that about a year ago my dog stepped in tree sap and it completely messed up the pad of her paw. Happy Dog made room for her in the schedule to take care of this as I expressed concern because the pad of her paw had a small tear. They cleaned and fixed her paw up flawlessly. I appreciate how kind they are to her!“
