I chose MoW after being on the side of I-70 broken down for four and a half hours. I was over an hour from home and didn't know where to go but was thankful I ended up here. I was thinking while the tow truck drove me over that I really just needed a little kindness, and was definitely shown that by the two men working on 1/14/26. They got me home safely, and did everything they could to give me confidence after what had been a really stressful day. I wish I lived closer so I could come here regularly. I can’t say enough good things about Mechanics on Wheelz. Finding someone wiling to work on a vintage Land Rover Defender isn’t easy.
They show up on time, communicate clearly, and actually take the time to understand the quirks and history of an older vehicle. From routine maintenance to more complex repairs, their work has been meticulous and thoughtful. And they explain things in a way that I can understand. In every interaction, I’ve learned a little bit more about how the various components of this unique vehicle operate.
