NLT (Dave and his guys) just finished rebuilding our patio and deck, now with a super cool metal roof, and we couldn't be happier. Not only is the end result exactly what we wanted and built well, but the process was so much less stressful than it's been with other contractors we've worked with. Dave was on-site every afternoon. If we had a question or concern it would be resolved well within 24 hrs. If we made a decision requiring more materials, they'd be ordered while I was standing there next to him. There was never any mystery about how the project was going. And, everything was done within Dave's estimated time frame and under budget.
Had a great experience using Dave and his crew for my deck replacement. Dave came out for an estimate in Feb, said he'd be able to start in late May and the timing worked out as he estimated. The crew was here daily until the job was complete. Quality and responsiveness was top notch. Will definitely contact NLT Construction for future needs.

This is the 4th job we have had NLT do for us. They had remodeled a master bathroom to make it Handicap Accessible for my husband who is a below knee amputee. It was beautiful and laid out for my husband’s safety. Then we had them add a sunroom in the back of our home with a sidewalk leading to the deck that was handicap accessible as well as an easy accessible hot tub. After that we had them back to remodel our kitchen. Now we are downsizing to a smaller ranch style home to age in.
NLT removed walls and added rooms to put everything we needed on one floor. Hardwood floors were refinished, new stair railing installed, custom master closet and... read full review
