They helped me a lot by their honesty and expertise. Other vendors gave me conflicting and I think untrue recommendations for my leaking HVAC unit. They just didn't bother to look closely but said to replace it for $3000. The R&R technicians and owner were very honest and studied the unit closely. The said it was very dirty and just needed a thorough cleaning. They vacuumed it and cleaned it and also found a plastic glove that had been stuffed behind the motor. They charged me $375. It is working perfectly, good as new. I am grateful for their help and strongly recommend them.
