I was charged for a hygiene cut that was not done. I immediately called back to inform and they stated they were going to credit me for the $55. I have not received the email to verify the credit.
Our first time back since 2022 and the service was great. My pup injured his leg while hopping out of truck. Was able to get immediate appt. Doc was very knowledgeable and handled my dog with care. Facility was clean. I would like for them to explain charges a little better.I do love they give several treatment options and not try to upsell you on procedures your animal may not need at the time. Overall great service. We’ll be back for check ups
I am able to make appointments as I need them. The receptionist is very friendly and greets me with a smile and "how can I help you?'' I must admit I am a little nervous taking my cat into the waiting area because other pets are waiting also:dogs especially. I'm always aware something could pop off and what would I do in that emergency? Otherwise, they answer all my questions and treat my cat well. SGB
