Ms. Pitts was very professional, courteous and knew exactly what I wanted. The computer was down in the beginning but once it was up she went to work right away. She explained every detail that was used. She provided samples, illustrations of how the marker would look and gave a copy. I learned a lot and it’s very time consuming. Thank You Ms. Pitts.
