I’ve gone to this salon regularly since 2021 when I moved to the area. I’ve had more positive experiences here than not but unfortunately as of late customer service has gotten worse it has gotten harder to justify spending money here when I know I will be treated better elsewhere. I do hope things improve since this happens to be the closest salon to me but for now I will be taking a break to explore others in the area.Pros are that most of the time they ask if you want a drink and the work itself has been pretty consistent. They can definitely do nails but for me nail appointments are supposed to be a relaxing form of self care and as of late that is not the experience... read full review
My husband and I were lucky to get in on a Friday and had a great experience. The new owner is professional, personal and attentive. Karen and Angel did our nails and did an amazing job. Wonderful experience!
Great place. The lady was nice and even gave me advice on personal matters. I also went during the day in the weekday so it was not super busy. Make an appointment tho because it is really small. Wish I could keep going here but I moved.
