Horrible place. My wife went there today for threading, returned back with cuts and fresh bleeding over her face. I called and complained, and they just hung up. Go there only if you want to look worse.

My first time — the bigger lady gave me a cut on my eyebrow that took weeks to heal. I ask her ti be a little less aggressive. She did just the opposite. I went today and another lady refused to change her gloves after handling cash and touching her face. I respectfully asked her to change them after greeting her. She straight up said no with an attitude. After I kindly said that I didn’t want any service she yelled “never come back”.

I called ahead of time and they don't take appointments but I let them know I'm coming in case they would leave early if no one is coming.Rita was my aesthetician. She started and it was hurting so bad that I couldn't continue. Forgetting that there was another woman there, I took a few breaks and let her thread my entire face. It was unbelievable painful. I have been getting my face threaded for at least 10 years so it wasn't that I was not used to it. My sis got the other lady and said it was painless.Rita also messed up the shape of my second eyebrow, the left one. My eyebrows have a natural arch but she flattened the left eyebrow out. I am not happy about that....read full review
