I have been going to Ian for several years. He is professional, kind, works according to your comfort level. My last visit was amazing as I had issues with planter fasciitis and he took care of it and I haven't had issues with my foot. The ambiance is calming with the music he plays.
I absolutely recommend Ian as a massage therapist. He has what I call "listening hands" to assess areas of tension. I've been going regularly for the last few months to manage overall stress and problem areas (especially old appendectomy scar tissue and shoulder pain/range of motion). He uses myofascial release techniques that can be very gentle but effective. He's also friendly and easy to talk to. The location is pretty unremarkable and sometimes the small parking lot for the building is full but there's street parking nearby. My only regret is that I wasted my time and money on much worse massages elsewhere before finding Ian.
