The manager has TERRIBLE customer service. They don’t have a return policy even if it’s been a day from purchase and their exchange policy is terrible. Definitely overpriced too. Won’t be back.
I arrived at Grand Jewelers to purchase backs for my white gold earrings I was told they didn't have. Also wanted to get my white gold chains fixed the guy looked at me and told me that they did not fix stainless steel didn't know the difference between stainless steel and white gold. I was fit to be tied he was rude arrogant and disgusting I went off. It was obvious he was prejudiced will never ever go there again and I advise all people of color to stay away from that place.
