They were very welcoming and detailed. Did my nails effectively in an efficient amount of time . I brought my daughter the next day and she enjoyed her nails ??. I have had 2 different services by Tammy and enjoyed them. Tammy definitely does a fantastic job on ur nails and feet, she actually does the whole foot (not just ur toes). The only problem I have is, the upkeep of the salon, I think it could be kept up a little better. Its not dirty, but its not organized either (especially that back room where they do the lashes). When she handed me the menu for the pedicures, I almost didn't want to touch it, I just think they can do better with the shop management as well as answering the phone. I was very offended when I called to confirm my appt and the gentleman on the phone acted like he didn't speak any English (when clearly he did) just don't answer the phone if you Cannot be polite. Tammy does a wonderful job on your feet though!!!!!!!!

Tonight was the first time that I visited this shop. It's close to my home which makes it a convenient location. The gentleman that did my pedicure was absolutely wonderful. He took his time and made sure everything was perfect (for me at least). I like surprises and am not picky when it comes to the nail color. I gave him a wide range of colors but told him I really didn't care what color he picked. He chose red on this week. I will definitely go back. The overall customer service was great.
