Working with AFI was one of the best calls we could have made on our home improvement projects. They were responsive, fairly priced, quick, and thorough in their work. We ended up with a far better result for less money than had we tried it ourselves or gone with someone else. Can’t recommend highly enough, and we’ll definitely go to them for all future home improvement needs!

My project was a very large one. I first picked Affordable Home Improvement solely based on price. The compatators were quoting me prices that were 3 to 4 times higher than Sydney (Senior).Plan was to completely tare down the interior of the existing 4 units building and to expand it up and out into a 6 units building with increased number of bedrooms and NEW EVERYTHING!The Project was started in 2019 but a whole year was lost due to a bad architect who did not do his job at all. But together we were able to push through and get the building permit from DCHA and started work in 2020.
