We just had Atlas install new carpet in my mother's house in Owings. From picking out the carpet to measuring to install, they were fast and friendly. I picked out the carpet on Wednesday, Joe came to measure on Friday, and it was installed on Tuesday. The installers were not only fast - completing 3 rooms in about 2 hours - but they also moved heavy furniture for us, then put it back and left everything looking pristine. A great experience during a challenging time!

This is also the place where I see all the lawn care trucks heading to in the morning before they go out and do their day's work. That should tell you something.

Just had Park Place do our roof. They did awesome work! Very fast service, the install crew took great care of our plants, decks and surrounding grass. Highly recommend them. Prices were fair, service was great, they completed on schedule and everything was smooth from start to finish.

Top notch service all around! We will never use another company! Keith and his team are the most HONEST company. They came out and replaced a new system installed by "another company" that swore it was the best way to go, with a similiar system we used to have! The "new and best one installed" cost us $1000's each month in electric bills!!! Keith and his team did not try to sell us something to line their own pockets and discouraged us from getting a higher priced item that was not needed. They are quick and trustworthy! They got the job done within a weeks time! Also, when we had an issue in early December 2023 with our oil tank whistle sounding early when the new driver was filling it (driver error), the oil company said it needed to be replaced before any more oil could be delivered and we needed to show proof of the new whistle installed. Keith's wife, Debbie, was on it and had someone out to have it replaced with in a couple of days so we did not get caught with the cold snap coming in and not enough heating oil. (Yes, the oil company reimbursed us for this as this was their new drivers error). If you want Honesty, Integrity, Professionalism across the board, Respect, and to be treated like part of the family, Then Assured Comfort Services, LLC. in Huntingtown MD is the only company you need to call. They are the only company we have experienced since moving back to MD 14 years ago that has treated us with the respect and honesty that you expect from a professional company. We worked primarily with Kolby, who was extremely responsive and helpful from the start. He quickly assessed the damages, determined the necessary repairs, worked with us to develop a solution that met our needs, directly coordinated with our home insurance company to provide photos, estimates, and required information, and took the time to ensure that we understood the process and timelines for the project. RRH completed the roof replacement exactly as described, within the planned schedule, and at a reasonable price. Further, the crew took extra steps to ensure our roof, deck, and yard were completely cleaned up afterward and free of nails and debris, and the new roof looks fantastic. So wonderful that a large company has time for the Calvert community and horse loving families. There is no graceful way to bury a pony, but they made it bearable and incident free.
