Erika is absolutely amazing and Isis the receptionist is very warm welcoming and super professional I traveled from Bowie and bumped into this amazing center!!! Coffee, clean, personable staff super amazing check them out!!!

destiny was a great person to be with for your wax , we just talked throughout the appointment and everything was just very calm and relaxed which helped me get thru the appointment

I booked an appointment at the Hunt Valley location of EWC and it was very nice. The front desk associate (I do not recall her name, sorry) greeted me as I walked in and checked me in promptly. She introduced me to my Wax specialist Destiny and asked if I was taking any medications on a list provided. After check in, I immediately followed Destiny to the wax room and had my services done. She was very nice, noticed I was attempting to multitask (answering emails) but accommodated me throughout. I rebooked with her for my next service and enjoyed my experience at this new (to me) location.
