We were in a bind and needed service quickly- had a cracked ball joint and had to cut water to the house to stop the spraying. Despite him being out of town, Johnny was really responsive and got his crew out to us as soon as he could. They were professional and did the repair quickly. Still waiting on a phone call to look at the hot water heater in my rental house.UPDATE: Did respond over the weekend. There was an apparent miscommunication from the rental property company. I had a whole house filter and automatic sump pump installed. A toilet too when there was a mysterious leak in the basement and John helped me diagnose it and get Boothes In to fix it. I trust Wathen plumbing when it’s beyond my tinkering.
