I do business with MARK BREW PLUMBING & HEATING INC and have personally been inside their office. This small business is run by great people that are incredibly hard workers. Excellent communication allowing for us to do a less than 24-hour turnaround on a service request!
They responded quickly. The tech showed up with the right equipment, and did the job right the first time. The cost was 20% below the other bid (and it was an expensive project, which I knew going in).On budget. On time. Left no mess. Answered all my questions. I just had a hot water heater replaced. Mark Brew was easy to work with. Came on time for the estimate visit, responded promptly with the written estimate. Upon scheduling (seamless), his guys were there on schedule. They were knowledgeable, familiar with my non-standard unit (integrated into the HVAC system- yeah, its weird). They kept me informed every step of the way. They had the correct tools, were prompt and efficient. Left no mess.Also significantly less costly than their competition--- apparently their technicians are not on commission (!).I am not a relative of them. I am just an old dude who has been around the block and knows a few things. I recommend them unhesitatingly. Nearly as I can tell, they are looking to make a living, not a killing.
