They arrived when they said they would, worked efficiently and the whole thing was a great experience. If I needed other inspections Shore Property Inspections would be my first call.
Shore Property Inspections recently performed HVAC blower door and duct blast testing on a custom home we just completed. Dale Dadds was very thorough and a true professional when speaking with he homeowners and addressing their questions. We were very happy with his services and intend to use Shore Property Inspections for all our home inspection and testing needs!
The inspector is always on time and thorough in the inspections. He also answers questions/concerns that we may have. We always get our report/results back in a timely manner. Because of his professionalism, I will continue to use him and recommend him to my fellow realtors.
