I walked in with my sister and we had bought some coach bags that seems to beep by his door. He ran after us so loudly asking us to come back in when he saw that it’s the coach bag we got I told him to stop being so loud, obviously we didn’t take anything he started being more loud and yelled at us asking us to leave … YOU ARE A STUPID EMPLOYEE THAT NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!!
Neyoh was so great. He was very patient with me and very kind. He really has a joyful spirit. I truly appreciated him and felt very welcome. 10/10 experience I would definitely recommend.
My wife and I went back there today to make a return or exchange. O'Neal is the person I spoke with. He said all sells are final no exchanges. They have no signs telling customers this. It is only printed on the final receipt. O'Neal tried to blame it on covid even though all other retail stores are doing returns. Do not go there they are taking advantage of customers and trying to use covid to benefit themselves. Put up signs and do the right thing O'Neal.
