NEVER IN MY LIFETIME have I worked with such a friendly, clean, efficient, effective, reliable company! I cannot say it enough. From the person who came out to do our Home energy audit (which for $100 everyone of you should be doing), from scheduling, to questions, to payments, to revisions to the work…. all excellent. From Ben and Jorge, to Shannon and Sarah, to Mong and Tony…. See, I even remember their names, what does that tell you? We had a heckuva mess at our house due to a mouse infestation. The mess the exterminators left behind was insane. Atlas came in, fixed the insulation or placed insulation, where needed, and in aerosealed our HVAC vents. They left the place cleaner than they found it! Oh, did I mention that they help with Rebates on your behalf? Yes, please!!! The instructions they provided via email told me clearly what they needed us to do to make their job efficient and swift were so clear and easy to refer back to. I couldn’t believe it. I know what to move, access points they needed, if it was safe for myself, children, and/or our dog to be in the house, etc. it was just great! The scheduling made it known how much time was needed between services, and they arrived not only on time but at the beginning of each time window. I look forward to using Atlas again and budgeting now for future services with venting in the ceiling and exterior insulation and siding! Highly recommend!
The gentleman (Darryl) that came to do our consultation was thorough and friendly. He didn't use technical jargon. So we understood what he was doing and, more importantly, why. He was so quick and quiet my Son never even woke up when we were in his room. It's unfortunate you limited me to 5 stars. Highly recommend.
