What an incredible experience from start to finish. Service calls and doctor appointments - share a common thread - no one wants either but they are necessary for a functioning home or your personal health. Beltway HVAC is the company you want to call when your HVAC goes pear shaped. They provide a 4 hour service window - which I’m usually very Leary about, lots of bad experiences with 4 hour window businesses - but Beltway kept the communication lines open - I was alerted a couple days prior, the day of the service and when my technician was en route.
Our technician, Moe was great - he was thorough - friendly - professional - knowledgeable, personable - and explained the issues and walked us through the problems and the solutions at a level we could understand. I was comfortable with the cost - it’s a great value when you have a company that cares about your equipment and maintaining it for a lifetime. I was upfront with my cost ceiling and just asked that he let me know when we were getting close - there was transparency through the whole process. Fortunately we didn’t even come close. Overall I’m very happy with Beltway HVAC and would recommend them 100 times over. I’m actually looking forward to the next time I need a service
My daughters and I love coming here to get our nails and pedicure done. It feels s a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff are professional and have made this a perfect oasis to be pampered in!

This was my 2nd or 3rd time calling these guys out. They’re always friendly and professional. I got lucky this time and they had a two man crew out to my house within 2 hours and solved the issue within about 15 minutes. I’m a very happy, repeat customer!

Fantastic experience! Had a piece done on my upper arm by Kinsey and I love it. The process was super easy from initially contacting her to final ink on skin. The studio itself is superb. Clean, comfortable, and super cool. Kinsey was a delight to work with. Super easy to talk to. I brought a bag full of stuff to pass the time and didn't use any of it. We ended up just talking for the whole 6-hour session. Overall, a perfect experience and if/when I have more work done, it will definitely be here.
This was my first time at this location and I had an excellent experience. I have found my new waxer, Deja. She made me feel very comfortable and did a great job. She assisted me with inhaling and exhaling during each strip which is very assuring. I was pleased with my service and will be returning. Thank you Deja :)

We had trouble with our ice machine at the restaurant and Chill-Craft came right out and fixed us up! Slight confusion on pricing, but all got worked out and the ice machine is once again working!
Update 9/13: We received a call from a manager at Clarksville Heating, who took our concerns in the original review very seriously. The following week a new technician visited and actually troubleshooted the problem. Without going into too much detail, the issue we are having can be very time consuming and challenging to get to the bottom.of, so even after he was done we aren't 100% sure it is fixed. However, we are pleased that he tried to address the underlying problem (instead of just applying a band aid like last time) and he identified and fixed some issues that were very likely at the root of the problem. So far, our heat pump is still working, but he also said we could call him back should we have further issues with it, so that he could troibleshoot more. We appreciate the timely follow up service and that Clarksville heard our concerns.
In short, we do not recommend Clarksville Heating due to the poor service a technician provided by (1) arriving 1.5 hours outside the service window, and (2) failing to take the time to diagnose the root cause of an issue with our heat pump, which periodically failed.
We called Clarksville Heating to help us address a recurring problem related to our heat pump. The heat pump stopped working three times within the span of a few months and kept blowing a fuse in the air handler. We were hoping that Clarksville Heating would be able to identify the root cause of the issue and diagnose the reason for the heat pump’s failure.
The Clarksville Heating technician arrived 1.5 hours after the arrival window and Clarksville Heating did not contact us first to provide an ETA. After patiently waiting, we had to call them to receive an updated ETA.
After the technician arrived, we explained the history of the heat pump's failure and that we were looking for a root cause of the heat pump failure. After doing his work, the technician said that he could not find a short. He charged $400 for the appointment, which included replacing the blown fuse. The fuse then blew again four hours later.
He did not take the time to diagnose the underlying cause of the blown fuse, which is the entire purpose of the call, and something that any HVAC professional should do.
We do not recommend Clarksville Heating unless or until they can provide a technician who will take the time to adequately identify the root cause of the issue.
We will update the review if/when they resolve our problem.

After getting a few estimates and lots of advice, I decided to have Clarksville Construction Services do my deck work. Brad came out three times to give me estimates on various options and to answer all of my questions. He's very knowledgeable and professional. The project was headed by Vanessa, and she was right on point the whole way. She stopped by daily each of the four days the job took. The crew was professional and friendly and their work was top notch. And their prices were right in line with what was expected. I recommend them and I'll be using them for future projects. Found me a new dentist. So clean and aesthetically pleasing . I absolutely loved the explanation and details communicating of work needed. We transferred from a different practice that quoted way more than was required. The oral surgeon actually is at this facility therefore eliminating the need for referrals. Both Dr and dental hygienist were very good caring for my daughter. Great addition to the community.
Bre (and the other staff ) is/are amazing : She’s highly professional and does an amazing job at providing the exact groom we ask for. My dog no longer has that timid or hurried look she’s had previously at places like Petco. Now she has an upbeat demeanor after leaving Pawesome Palace and flaunts her bows and bandanas with confidence ( they come with the groom! ). Couldn’t be happier with our experience.
What a wonderful experience. Every so often a place of business will raise the bar for the industry. After being tattooed the past 8 years in a variety of high-end shops in DC and Northern VA, I was blown away by the place. This has to be the most state of the art and clean studios I have ever seen. It is located off a main highway, in a nice quiet industrial park with a nice forrest view. There is ample free parking. The inside of Painful Pleasures looks brand new and is very, very well kept. Hell, even the bathroom has automatic sink and soap dispenser, the floor is immaculate. Every little detail is taken care of. The individual rooms they use for tattooing have private TVs and radio options. The tattoo chair is ergonomic and very comfortable. My artist had the cleanliness and professionalism that could make most ERs look silly. There is also a feature to turn the clear glass walls opaque for tattoos in places that not everybody gets to see. All of the supplies are top notch and they don't skimp. My artist even cleaned the chair in front of me with bleach based cleaner before getting started (despite the fact it was already clean). He also opened all needles in front of me and changed gloves repeatedly to avoid any cross contamination. I was hesitant to post because I am selfishly hoping to allow this studio to be the best kept secret in the DMV area, but when a business and an artist put this much effort into customer experience and work, recognition is mandatory.

Awesome experience with Atlas for duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. Our need was met and exceeded starting with the initial call from Atlas responding to my inquiry (Thanks Deonne) until the completion of the project (Thanks Vincent and Tony).
Vincent and Tony exceeded our expectations. Professional, very experienced and knowledgeable. Prepped the home with drop cloth and sealed every vent before work began. Clearly explained the duct cleaning/dryer vent project beforehand, answered questions, and provided updates throughout the project. We will definitely recommend Atlas to family/friends/neighbors. I had my ears re-pierced by Corina and it was a fantastic experience. I had taken my earrings out during the early days of the pandemic but wanted to reopen the holes for my wedding and I explained this to Corina and she was a fantastic resource and worked with me to clear out the holes i had and reopen them.
The price is a bit steep but honestly you are paying for sanitation, customer service, the hand made jewelry and the one to one consultation and work. I would recommend her to anyone looking to be pierced. It was a very lovely experience!

Every step of the process and procedures are explained. The staff always have time to answer and questions or concerns. I recently had my 1 month post opt appointment. My progress is visible. I had the Abex and Lipo done. The first two weeks were difficult; managing discomfort. Each day I began to feel better. It takes everyone a different amount of time to heal. I see the difference in my appearance already. Sono Bello has met my expectations and the staff is fantastic!!!

Today's visit to Nails Expo & Spa was quite refreshing. Unfortunately arrived just before close but they were able to accommodate for a pedicure. I chose the Charm Spa Pedicure which does include callus treatment, sugar scrub cooling gel, hot towel, hot stone cream and hand massage, paraffin wax, and cuticles care. This package is valued at $65 dollars for about it an hour worth of treatment. Special thank you to Kim and Cici who made today's experience possible. The atmosphere is quiet, relaxing, and well lit. The staff here are generally very professional. I do recommend you give them a try for your spa service needs.

Jess, is an amazing hair stylist. I will be going back to her for dying and cutting. She is very understanding and will listen to you and your concerns. Especially like me a person with anxiety, and who has scalp psoriasis, Jess is outstanding and has made me feel comfortable and was gentle and kept making sure I was ok.
