I have employed Rich Ohler on several occasions. Every time, he made an extra effort to respond quickly, even at the end of a long day. He went to great lengths to find a needed part for my old boiler. And he did a great job at a reasonable price. I recommend him without any qualification.

Rich was awesome! My water heater died on a holiday weekend while he was attending to another big job. He made it a point to come by to replace the unit and quickly fix another minor unrelated issue after hours. Rich was kind, professional, and highly responsive.
