Amazing customer service! Everyone that I communicated with, from the office staff to the funeral directors, were kind, sympathetic and professional. I originally met with Chris in March for pre-need planning for my aunt. He was knowledgeable, organized and their prices were very reasonable. When my aunt passed away weeks later, the funeral process was seamless. Sean, Ellen and Eric were all responsive and supportive. In the three months since my aunt’s funeral, Ambrose has continued to follow up. I’ve received a thank you note, a phone call offering support, and they purchased a tree to be planted in memory of my aunt. I honestly can’t say enough about how wonderful they were during this difficult time.
