I got the replacement fob I needed for my 2017 Mazda, but the overall experience fell a bit short of ideal. The people were courteous and communication was top notch. When I went originally, the fob they had wouldn't work fully (the car would recognize it, but it wouldn't unlock remotely). After consulting with a supervisor, they realized they needed to try another supplier and asked me to return. I did and the new fob worked. I got home and then saw that she had not cut the physical key (I probably should have checked before I left -- fortunately I only live a couple of minutes away). Overall better pricing than what the dealership wanted for a spare key, but the fob stopped working at 5 weeks and the car alarm goes off every time I unlock the vehicle, but their return/reprogram policy is 4 weeks or pay again. Thought this was a good idea when I bought the car, it's not if you don't in the area.
On a whim I took my vehicle to this shop. I had lost my original key. The whole service took about 15 minutes. The owner was very friendly. The cost was half of what the dealership was asking. Great, friendly service. I am glad I went to the shop and will definitely return again.
