Just had my first appointment here to get my eyebrows waxed and I was very pleased with the entire experience! L. Parie was so friendly and welcoming! She talked with me before starting about how I like to have my eyebrows shaped and the best way for her to get my eyebrows looking good. One of my eyebrows grows in pretty full and its shape is fairly straight across and then tapers at the tail. But my other eyebrow is a bit more patchy/sparse and its natural shape is more rounded. At every other place I've been to get my eyebrows done, they would rush me through and shape my brows however they wanted with little input from me and then get me out so they could move onto the next client. Sometimes my brows turned out okay, but sometimes all I could think was, "how long til my brows grow back out so I can get this fixed?" But that was not the case at all here. If you're looking to get your brows done in 5 minutes or less, you'll probably want to reschedule for another day when you have more time to get yourself and your brows pampered. L. Parie spent a lot more time with me, but it was well worth it. She asked questions and checked in with me a lot during the service to make sure I was happy and comfortable. She stopped after doing my first brow to have me take a look and make sure I thought it looked good and to discuss how she was going to take care of my other brow. And then of course at the end, she made sure I was happy with everything. My eyebrows look amazing now! The hot face towel wrap at the end was a really nice, luxurious touch to the service. I've never had that offered at any other place when getting my eyebrows done. I loved the customer service, attention to detail, and care I received here and I will definitely be back!
