Amazing tea shampoo line. Great service. Very friendly staff. I love having the opportunity to check in online and the beverages set up to enjoy while my care provider gets his hair done are great! The price is up there for a simple men's cut, but the service, atmosphere and courtesy for my needs regarding my impairments are very much appreciated.
Laurie was an absolute pleasure to talk to. She did some high quality detailed work and I could tell she cared/paid close attention to detail/being thorough. I left her a great well deserved tip and said that I will be back. She was awesome! Thank you so much Laurie! I’ll either see ya again in Frederick or Hagerstown. Have a a few bad haircuts in the time going here. I did get frustrated and put a bad review. Decided to go back and have them fix it this time. After going back I am changing it to 5 stars. I do not think you should have to go through a lot to get a good haircut. However when I went back the owner of the shop took the time to talk with me personally. She put me with a stylist to fix the issues and even had the stylist that did the haircut prior observe what was wrong. She did on the spot training and allowed the stylist to ask question before and after the haircut. They definitely went above and beyond to fix the cut and to make you not feel bad for putting in a complaint.... read full review
