“I had a wonderful experience using family owned, Home Source Roofing, to replace our home's, hail-damaged, shingles, gutters, downspouts, and facia. We worked with a team of three Home Source Roofing (HSR) team representatives: Ryan, the sales manager; Christian, the project consultant; and Rene, the project manager. All three men were friendly, respectful, easy to work with, and caring. They wanted to make sure the work was done perfectly and that we were delighted with the roof work. Here is what we appreciated about the men, their work and teams Ryan spoke to us at least twice to make sure we were happy with the breakdown of the price and work. He was great to work with! Christian and Rene I saw the most of on the job site. Christian - Outstanding Work Christian made the process from beginning to end painless and hassle free for us, the property owners. He did all the insurance and paper work for us; including a free inspection which determined there indeed was hail damage. We did not have to make any calls to our insurance - there were no insurance hassles. He worked with the insurance company all the way. If we would have had headaches if we had to do all the follow up work with the insurance company and HOA. At first the insurance company said there was no damage. Christian gently persisted with the insurance company, until finally their engineer came out who admitted there was damage. Christian also worked with our HOA to ensure we would meet HOA's roofing colors and regulations to be able to easily obtain the HOA approval. Christian was professional, punctual, courteous, and friendly. He answered all our questions in the detail we needed as many times as we needed. Rene - Outstanding Work: - Renee oversaw all the work done by his team of men. Rene's English is perfect and we communicated effortlessly. He also was able to communicate with the men doing the work on our house. His team of men were experienced, hard-working, courteous each man knew his role and they worked as a seamkess The men arrived on time and they worked hard all day, with no goofing around. Rene and his team were detailed in their work, property protection, and cleanup. They were careful and covered and protected our landscape and property. Rene and his men cleaned up immaculately after the work was done. It was as if they had never been here. They went over the property many times to make sure no debris, nails, or tacks were left behind, on the ground or anywhere Renee also answered all our questions and explained if we had any questions.
